A PRACTICAL SCHOOL ROLLOUT
Your first week with EOS
Start with a small, representative school workflow. Agree who owns the records and decisions before scaling the rollout.
Day 01 / Map the people
Confirm school scope, current students and family relationships, staff roles and class assignments. Choose a small pilot group with representative permissions.
Day 02 / Set the context
Review academic-year records, adopted curriculum, timetables, publication owners and financial visibility. Keep draft and published information distinct.
Day 03 / Try the daily work
Walk through a teacher register, an Office follow-up and a parent’s published day. Include blank records, corrections and a disconnected device.
Day 04 / Rehearse the handoffs
Check who can approve a result snapshot, who confirms release and which parent can see it. Test a consent request separately from an acknowledgement.
Day 05 / Decide what is ready
Confirm device support, channel activation, data migration, privacy requirements and training needs. Expand only the workflows whose acceptance is clear.
